Why should I book directly 'At the Source'?
Booking directly through our official archive is the only way to secure our Best Rate Guarantee, priority for Suite Upgrades, and our daily Provençal Breakfast Ritual included as a complimentary gift.
Do you require a deposit?
A 50% prepayment is debited upon reservation. Please refer to our booking conditions for formal details.
Can I cancel my booking?
Flexible: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. 14–7 days: deposit retained. Less than 7 days: full stay charged.

What are your 2026 rates?
Extra bed: €80/night. City tax: €4.02/person/night. Private Parking: Complimentary. EV charging: €25. Breakfast (if not booked at the source): €35/adult. Bike rental: €35 half day, €49 full day.
The Living Canvas
What is a 'Declared Artwork'?
In 2026, the property was formally declared a work of art by the Leroy Brothers. While it operates as a luxury hotel, every architectural and horticultural choice is a permanent part of the archival record.
Can I visit the art without staying?
The gardens and 'The Archive' are open to our restaurant guests. For formal gallery visits, please refer to Toile Blanche Contemporary.
Arrival & Departure
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 16:00–20:00. Check-out: 08:00–11:00. Guests booking 'At the Source' receive priority for early arrival and the Pénéquet (late check-out) when available.
Is there a shuttle from Nice Airport?
The property is 20 minutes from NCE. We can arrange a private transfer for approximately €60. Our concierge will handle the coordination.

Are the restaurants open year-round?
Le Restaurant: Dinner 19:30–21:30.

Can I bring outside food or wine?
As each suite features a curated Maxibar with full bottles from local domains and artisanal provisions, we kindly request that no outside groceries or beverages are consumed in the common areas or suites.
The Property
Is there parking on-site?
We provide secure, private outdoor parking within the walls of the property, free of charge for our guests.
When is the pool heated?
The pools are heated from mid-April, weather and temperatures permitting. They remain open for cold plunges during the winter months, for the brave.
Are children and pets welcome?
We welcome children with specific guidelines for the harmony of Toile Blanche. Pets, however, are not permitted within the houses or gardens of Toile Blanche.
