Why Toile Blanche
We are a small team working inside a singular property — 22 suites, two restaurants, 20,000m² of gardens, and a contemporary art collection curated by the owners. The environment is intimate, the standards are high, and the culture is one of mutual respect.
What We Value
Craft over routine. Every role here involves care — whether you are arranging a suite, plating a dish, or welcoming a guest at the gate. We hire people who take pride in the details.
Growth. We invest in training, and we promote from within whenever possible. Several of our senior team started in entry-level positions.
Inclusivity. We are committed to hiring 5% of our staff from young people with fewer opportunities in the job market.
Open Positions
We recruit throughout the year for seasonal and permanent roles across hospitality, kitchen, service, housekeeping, and grounds. If no specific position is listed, we still welcome spontaneous applications.
