These general terms and conditions of sale apply to transactions made between Toile Blanche, 826 chemin de la Pounchounière, 06570 Saint-Paul de Vence, and the Client.
RESERVATIONS
We wish to inform you clearly and precisely about our rates. They are expressed in euros and include all taxes and services, except for the tourist tax, which is to be paid on site.
Please note that the amount of this tax may vary according to new legal provisions.
The price of the rooms, as established at the time of your reservation and paid by you, constitutes the final rate. We also wish to specify that any price change due to subsequent promotions offered by our establishment, whether through our reservation service, our website, or our partner sites, cannot be applied to an already confirmed reservation.
Your reservation will be officially confirmed upon receipt of an initial deposit. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your arrival, according to the following conditions:
For the flexible offer:
A refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your arrival.
For the early booking offer:
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Please note that this amount is non-refundable and the reservation cannot be modified.
For the group offer (>3 suites):
A refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your arrival. It is important to underline that the payment of the first deposit validates your reservation and consequently signifies your acceptance of our general terms of sale and cancellation. In the event that the balance due is not paid on the agreed date, your stay will be considered as cancelled by you and our terms of sale will apply accordingly.
In case of payment by bank transfer or credit card, the banking fees must be paid by the client and added to the total amount of the stay. No payment by bank cheque or in foreign currencies can be accepted.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Here are the details regarding the terms of modification and cancellation of your stay.Interruption of stay and unused services.
If the stay is interrupted by the client, or if reserved services are not consumed or used by the client, for any reason (including medical or force majeure), no refund will be made.
Cancellation and modification by the client:
In case of a no-show or if the client cannot arrive on the scheduled day, the fees will correspond to 100% of the cost of the nights concerned. In case of a no-show, the client has 24 hours to inform Toile Blanche of their new arrival date. After this period, Toile Blanche reserves the right to resell the room.
Specific cancellation conditions according to the chosen offer:
For the flexible offer:
Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival for a refund of the deposit. For a cancellation between 14 days and 5 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. For any cancellation less than 5 days before, payment for the entire stay will be required. Free modifications are allowed up to 14 days before arrival, subject to paying any price difference if applicable.
For the group offer:
Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival for a refund of the deposit. For a cancellation between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. For any cancellation less than 14 days before, payment for the entire stay will be required. Free modifications are allowed up to 30 days before arrival, subject to paying any price difference if applicable.
For the early booking offer:
Full prepayment at the time of booking, non-refundable and non-modifiable.
Cancellation by Toile Blanche:
The reservation contract may be terminated by Toile Blanche without compensation in case of force majeure or impossibility of operating Toile Blanche. In this case, the deposits paid will be refunded to the client.

STAY CONDITIONS & RESPONSIBILITY
When making your reservation, you will be asked to specify the number of people – adults and children – who will occupy the room, as well as the first and last names of each. It is important to note that the number of people must not exceed the maximum capacity allowed for the room.
We wish to inform you that animals are not accepted in our establishment.
Regarding the arrival and departure times, they must be strictly respected. In case of non-compliance, additional fees corresponding to the rate of an additional night will be applied.
All extras consumed during the stay must be paid on the day of departure, by credit card or in cash, at the reception.
The client undertakes to respect the premises, whether private or common, and will be held responsible for any damage caused. Furthermore, any behaviour contrary to good morals and public order may lead the management of Toile Blanche to ask the client to leave the establishment without any compensation or refund.
Complaints
Your satisfaction is essential to us. For any complaints, we invite you to inform us during your stay at Toile Blanche. Any request concerning a specific orientation or characteristic of the accommodation is considered a preference and does not constitute a contractual guarantee. It cannot therefore give rise to any compensation. In case of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions, and which could not be resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction will be attributed to the courts of the commercial tribunal of Nice, in accordance with French law.

Smoking:
All our rooms are non-smoking. We thank you for respecting this rule for the comfort and health of all our clients.
Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in time for rooms is set between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact us to arrange your welcome.
Check-out time is scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. In case of early departure, please inform us.
Reception:
Our reception is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Do not hesitate to contact us for any request or information.
Extra Beds:
An extra bed is available in some of our suites at a rate of €80 per night.
A baby cot can be provided for €20 per night.
Parking:
